Green house needs the monitoring of the parameters like temperature, humidity. These parameters should be kept with in the specified range. All these real time parameters are measured and sent to central station through zigbee. Wireless sensor networks are now used in many industrial and civilian application areas, including industrial process monitoring and control, machine health monitoring, environment and habitat monitoring, healthcare applications, home automation, and traffic control.

Green House technique can increase cultivation output if a proper potion of agro-tech can be administered such as...the use of polytunnel(lost cost alternative to glass green house making it possible to grow even Mediterranean crops in India+exotic ,off seasonal vegetables for food industry), LED lighting for faster crop growth, climate control system driven by solar and wind hybrid power and use of organic/ household manure.
