The foundation of a successful election is a credible Voters’ Register and is the basis for determining who is eligible to vote and who is not on Election Day. While the existing Registrations of Voters used in 2007 General Election served its purpose to a great extent, it had profound limitations, one of which was the case of multiple registrations.
