Abstract
This project implements an approach for automatic building detection from aerial imagery. The whole process of building detection is divided into three small stages of line extraction, line-relation-graph generation and building outline generation. Robustness has been achieved by considering only the mathematical and geometric relations between lines (represented by the end points) in the course of generating building outline.
