MPEG Audio Compression :; This is one of many methods to compress audio in digital form trying to consume as little space as possible but keep audio quality as good as possible. MPEG compression showed up as one of the best achievements in this area.

It gives listeners interference - free reception of CD quality sound, easy to use radios, and the potential for wider listening choice through many additional stations and services.
