A Gurney Flap is the simplest trailing edge device which can be used as a high lift device for low speed applications like micro air vehicles, gliders, wind turbines etc. The Gurney Flap is named after American aero dynamist Dan Gurney who introduced it in the form of a vertical tab attached to the trailing edge of an ordinary aerofoil. Abstract—Mean-Shift (MS) is a powerful nonparametric clustering method. Although good accuracy can be achieved, its computational cost is particularly expensive even on moderate data sets.
