Abstract In many industries there is need of automation to reduce the manpower. But sometimes automation may result into some faults that may cause serious problems. When the bottles are placed inside the boxes automatically, there are chances of mistakes. To overcome such mistakes a mechanism is made to detect any error. A load cell is placed inside the conveyor so that it can compare the boxes weight with the reference. Hello guys I need to develop a counter based on IR to count the no of objects passing in the conveyor and it needed to be display in LCD and has to be updated evry time a object pass through conveyor in LCD. I thought of using 89c51 microcontroller.
