BOILERS & THERMIC FLUID HEATERS
INTRODUCTION
This section briefly describes the Boiler and various auxiliaries in the Boiler Room. A boiler is an enclosed vessel that provides a means for combustion heat to be transferred to water until it becomes heated water or steam. The hot water or steam under pressure is then usable for transferring the heat to a process. Water is a useful and inexpensive medium for transferring heat to a process. When water at atmospheric pressure is boiled into steam its volume incre..............etc

Introduction:-
The major portion of the coal available in India is of low quality, high ash content and low calorific value. The traditional grate fuel firing systems have got limitations and are techno-economically unviable to meet the challenges of future. Fluidized bed combustion has emerged as a viable alternative and has significant advantages over conventional firing system and offers multiple benefits – compact boiler design, fuel flexibility, higher combustion efficiency and reduced emission of noxious pollutants suc..............etc

Introduction of BOILERS
What Is A Boiler?
A boiler is defined as…“a closed vessel in which water or other liquid is heated, steam or vapor is
generated, steam is superheated, or any combination thereof, under pressure or vacuum, for use external
to itself, by the direct application of energy from the combustion of fuels, from electricity or nuclear
energy.”
Also included are fired units for heating or vaporizing liquids other than water where these units are
separate from processing systems and ..............etc

Boilers
Boiler is an apparatus to produce steam. Thermal energy released by combustion of fuel is used to make steam at the desired temperature and pressure.
The steam produced is used for:
(i) Producing mechanical work by expanding it in steam engine or steam turbine.
(ii) Heating the residential and industrial buildings
(iii) Performing certain processes in the sugar mills, chemical and textile industries.
According to position of furnace...............etc

SOLAR DISTILL WATER–AS A FEED STOCK TO INDUSTRIAL BOILERS
ABSTRACT:-
There is an important need for clean, pure drinking water in many developing countries. Often water sources are brackish (i.e. contain dissolved salts) and/or contain harmful bacteria and therefore cannot be used for drinking. In addition, there are many coastal locations where seawater is abundant but potable water is not available. Pure water is also useful for batteries and ..............etc
