Electricity Rules of India:
The Indian Electricity Rules of 1956 are framed under Section 37 of the Indian Electricity Act of 1910 to regulate the supply, transmission, generation and use of electricity. The primary measures necessary to be taken in the construction, installation and maintenance of the transmission, distribution, generation and use of electricity and the precautions that must be observed in the performance of any work in relation to such facilities to avoid any kind of electric accident .
