The main aim of this project is to map the vehicles and find out the speed of the vehicles; this system uses GPS receiver/transmitter, GSM receiver/transmitter with a micro controller. Imagine the vehicle has left Bangalore at 6 o clock in the morning. If the officer in charge for that vehicle wants to know where this bus is, he will send an SMS to that particular bus number. The SMS, which has sent, by the officer will reach the vehicle, which is traveling and there it will compare the password and the command. If every thing matches then it will perform the request required by the officer. In this way we can easily map the vehicle position or speed of the vehicle from the place where they are sitting. In our project the PCB is designed by using Express PCB & the circuit is designed by using Proteus
