ABSTRACT
• Today's in this modern world it is very difficult to made a communication between blind, deaf and dumb.
INTRODUCTION
• The communication between the blind and deaf and dumb persons are made easier by using method of WiMAX wireless technology.
• The text to voice converter and the voice to text converter plays a vital role in this process.
• GOAL
• To provide a communication between the Blind, Deap and Dumb peoples.
BASIC NEEDS
• Text to voice converter.
• Voice to text converter.
• WiMAX wireless technology.

• WiMAX stands for Worldwide Interoperability for Microwave Access.
• It is a telecommunications technology that providing wireless data over long distances in a variety of ways, from point-to-point links.
• It is based on the WirelessMAN (IEEE 802.16) standard.
HOW WiMAX WORKS
• WiMAX
system consists of two parts
• WiMAX tower:-
This tower is similar in concept to a cell -phone tower-A single WiMAX tower can provide coverage to a large area—as big as 3,000 square miles(~8,000 square km).
WiMAX receiver :-
The receiver and antenna could be a small box or a PCMCIA card ,or they could be built into a laptop the way WiFi access is today.

TEXT TO VOICE CONVERTER
• A system which takes input as a sequence of words and convert them to speech
TEXT PREPROCESSING
• Input : string for characters
• Output : string of diaphone symbols.
Diaphone symbols means union of two vowel sounds and pronounced separately.
BLOCK DIAGRAM
NUMBER CONVERTER
• Replace numerals with their textual versions. (100- one hundred)
• Handle fractional and decimal numbers (0.25 –point two five)
ACRONYM CONVERTER
• Replace acronyms with single letter components. (a.b.c-abc Future development)
• Change abbreviation to full textual format
WORD SEGMENTER
• Divide sentence into word segments and separate segments.
Segments can be

• An acronym
• A numeral

• The Purpose of Word to Diphone converter is
- to translate words to their Diphone representation

VOICE TO TEXT CONVERTER
• It takes blind person voice as input and it is received by deaf and dumb person using WiMAX wireless technology.
• We are familiar with the process of determining the frequency of the voice of a human being. It’s range is from 30Hz to 300KHz.the main part in the converter is compactor circuit.
CONCLUSION
• Dumb and deaf person typing the words (text message) that is to be convertor in the voice form by means of text to voice convertor
• By using the specified wireless technology that voice is to be transmitted through the receiver side.
