INTRODUCTION
LLOYDS STEELS a part of LLOYDS Group of Industries Ltd. One of the biggest organization of our country based at Mumbai.
The plant is located at Bhugaon 6 Km. away from Wardha on Wardha Hinganghat highway. The plant is equipped with modern technology and all facilities. The company is helping to boast rapid economic development of wardha district of Maharashtra state.
This integrated steel plant at LLOYDS nagar. Wardha has the capacity to manufacture 6,00,000 TPA of Hot rolled coils. 3,50,000 TPA of rolled(CR) coils and 1,25,000 TPA of galvanized coils/sheets using scrap and sponge iron as basic raw material. The plant has adopted latest technology and equipment from world leader like Mannesmann Damage lluttenteehnik (MD l l) , Germany and United Engineering (US), USA.
The most noteworthy fact is that this plant is India’s first integrated steel plant using SMS, HRM, CRM, and ARP under one roof.
