Cyber Cafe Management System Project is a standalone application that has been developed using the MS Access database in ASPA programming language. The main purpose of this application is to develop a software for internet cafes to manage user details, billing details, transaction details, machine updating etc.
Existing and proposed system:
Existing systems are working on the manual management process in Internet Cafe where the user information and billing details are updated in record. The entire process of this software will be computerized and the information database will be updated.
Database Tables:
Daily Report Table, Machine Number, New Machine, User, Report Generation, and Transactions
Rate settings module:
There will be four fields in this module (cost setting for one hour, start date, end date, comment). Administrator can change billing reflecting rates
Transaction time module:
Details of transactions that are done by cyber cafe for the day or month are updated in this table. Transaction is included in the database (start time, machine number, total time, amount, bill number, date, month, year, end time, hour, minute, date). Whenever the administrator wishes to know the transaction details for a full month or day, he can select the dates, times, months etc. options which are made available in the form and search. Details are shown in the list. This module is useful for analyzing payment and traffic details.
