Abstract
Without silicon electronics is unbelievable, but with the development of diamond or carbon chip it will be true. Now one day we are using silicon to manufacture electronic chips. There are many disadvantages of IT when it is used in electronic electronic applications, such as bulk in size, slow motion speed etc. The carbon, silicon and germanium periodic table are related to the same group. Their outer shell has four magnification electrons, pure silicon and germanium are semiconductors in normal temperature. Therefore, in the earlier days they are widely used for electronic equipment manufacturing. Using carbon as manufacturing material, we can get small, fast and strong chips. They are successful in making small prototypes of carbon chip.
