Advancement in computer-based accessible systems has opened many opportunities for visually impaired people.The vast majority of the world audio feedback based virtual environments such as screen readers have helped to access blind people Although the internet application is extremely large, a large segment of people with vision in different countries, in particular, Indians Sub-continent may not be of great benefit to such systems, it was primarily due to the difference in the technique required for it. Compared to Indian languages, it is in line with other popular languages of the world. Has enabled blind people to send and receive voice-based e-mail messages in their native language with the help of mobile Device Our proposed system has been evaluated GUIs compared to the GUI of a traditional mail server. We found that our proposed Architecture performs much better than the current GUIS. In this project, we use voice for text and text for voice technology.
