NTTF : an educational foundation established in 1963 - is the living symbol of Indo-Swiss cooperation; aimed at promoting useful technical education for young people in India. The seed was launched in Thalassery (Kerala), in 1959. In its mission, the Foundation was actively supported with the generous assistance of the Government of Switzerland, HEKS (a Swiss NGO) and the Swiss Development Cooperation (a development agency in Switzerland). The government of India and the state governments also extended their support. The Foundation implements its technical training program through more than 20 training centers located in several states of India. NTTF assists industries, through its special collaborative initiative to produce quality labor, through the establishment of training centers in partnership with industry associations.
