The VLSI and Embedded Systems M.Tech. The program will cover the fundamental and engineering aspects of the design and development of CI-based systems. Traditionally, VLSI technology emerged as a successful conglomeration of two currents: materials science and electrical engineering. The state-of-the-art VLSI technology requires research into physical devices, as well as a novel design and development of electrical circuits. The program will focus on the development of practical design skills for semiconductor devices and circuits, architecture systems that use integrated components such as CPU, memory and peripherals. Students will receive training in various subjects that span different domains, from the lowest level of physical devices to the highest level of application development.
