Vijayavani is a newspaper in the Kannada language distributed in the Indian state of Karnataka. It is published by VRL Group, owned by logistics magnate Vijay Sankeshwar. Launched on April 1, 2011, Vijayavani began with only three editions. Today it has editions in several places like Bengaluru, Mangaluru, Hubballi, Mysuru, Vijayapura, Gangavathi, Chitradurga, Shivamogga and Kalaburgi.
Vijayavani, the flagship entity of the VRL Group, is the largest newspaper in Karnataka. Vijayavani created the frenzy of the media by being the only Kannada newspaper to launch 9 editions in just 90 days since its first release. Vijayavani is a full-colour paper throughout Karnataka. With a growth rate of 262% in 3 years, Vijayavani has a certified circulation of 8,073,738 copies today. Vijayavani has an unparalleled reach covering 28 districts of almost 30 districts in the entire Karnataka. In addition to the regular content, a page of four pages.
Vijayotsava was a shopping festival with strategic links with several retailers in each market. The deadline for this event was from September 25, 2016 to October 31, 2016. Vijayavani had sponsored more than 1200 prizes for this shopping festival along with an excellent award from Hyundai eon. Karnataka was divided into four zones and each zone will have a bumper prize. The retailer / buyer consumed 'five' ads of 400 Sq cm in the respective editions / all editions in a 35-day interval. In order to make the announcement more viable, Vijayavani has offered incentivized prices in the respective editions (only for customers who participate in Vijayostsava).
