The mobile multimedia service has changed the daily lifestyle of people. It is not difficult to find people who listen to music or watch television through their mobile devices such as mobile phones, MP3 players and portable media players. MPEG Layer-3 also known as MP3 has generated a phenomenal interest among Internet users or at least among those who want to download highly compressed digital audio files with CD quality nearby.The incoming MP3 transmissions are fed into the decoder input module and processed. If the synchronization word is found and the word CRC is successfully checked, the main output data containing scale factors and Huffman code bits are sent to a predefined buffer. The Huffman decoder reads data from the buffer and decodes it. The decoded scale factors are delivered to the component of the requantiser. The output frequency lines 576 are written to the main memory. Using the input scaling factors, the unbalancer removes the 576 small integers from the Huffman decoder.
