The microcontroller does the previous work. It receives the signals from the sensors, and this signal is operated under the control of the software that is stored in the ROM. The AT89S52 microcontroller continuously monitors the infrared receivers. When any object passes through the infrared receiver and then obstructs the infrared rays that fall on the receiver, the microcontroller detects this obstruction.
