Dena Bank does not request your account details / PIN / Password. Therefore, anyone who purports to ask you for bank / technical information may be a fraudulent entity. So, please, tell me. You must know how to trade Net Transactions and, if you are unfamiliar, you can refrain from doing so. You can seek guidance from the Bank in this regard. Bank is not responsible for online transactions malfunctioning.
Access to the Bank's Internet Banking is available only to authorized users and is being monitored. Please enter your user ID and password with the utmost care, as incorrect attempts will block your account in accordance with Bank policy.
Avoid fraudulent communications that request your user identification number, password, credit / debit card number, account number, etc., as the Bank will never send you such communications requesting your personal / confidential information. Please access the Internet Banking link through the Bank's official website www.denabank.com and not through other links provided in emails / third-party websites.
