The ARM7 LPC2148 Starter Board is specifically designed to help students master the skills required in the area of embedded systems. The kit is designed in such a way that all possible features of the microcontroller will be easily used by students. The kit is compatible with the system programming (ISP) that is done through the serial port.
ARM7 from NXP (LPC2148), ARM Starter Kit is proposed to smooth the progress of development and debugging of various designs that span high-speed 32-bit Microcontrollers.
Temperature sensor
The LM35 series are precision integrated circuit temperature sensors whose output voltage is linearly proportional to the Celsius (centigrade) temperature. The output of the converted digital sensor facilitates the connection with the microcontroller.
Interface LM35
Fig. 1 shows how to connect the LM35 to the microcontroller. As you can see, the third pin is connected to GND, the first pin is connected to VCC and the second pin is connected to the input of the Microcontroller. Simply use a single female to female PIN to connect to the LM35 temperature sensor cables. So when the temperature is detecting, it gives the sensor reading to the controller.
