Measurement + Control publishes both practical and technical research and news from the scientific and engineering industry and the academic world. Although it focuses more extensively on issues relevant to instrumentation and control professionals, the journal also includes updates on both product and business announcements and information on technical advances. Ten numbers are published annually.
Starting in January 2018, Measurement + Control will publish all new open access content. Therefore, documents submitted for the first time on or after September 1, 2017 will be subject to an open access (APC) processing fee if accepted after peer review. An introductory APC of 600 USD *, discounted from the full rate of 1,200 USD, is available for a limited time. Published articles will be opened immediately with a Creative Commons license that allows authors to retain the copyright of their work and allow liberal reuse. Items submitted before September 1, 2017 will not be charged.
