Fee Management is the most important module that will help an institution maintain a financial record of an institution. He will be responsible for the amount of fees paid by students for the respective course chosen by them. Quota Management is a type of module specially designed to give a precise idea to parents regarding the fee structure of the institution.
We have the following features in this Quota Management module:
1. Fee Header, where all headings are mentioned.
2. Quota template showing student's course / standard / lot.
3. Fees paid / unpaid / partially paid and
4. Notification, if necessary to remind parents and students of the amount of the fee due to be paid.
It is a fee-based module based on templates classified in different heads. The heads are "Admission Fee (annual), Library Fee (quarterly), which also includes the amount of fine to be paid by students, if there is Tuition Fee (monthly), etc. depending on the various courses. Different templates designed for different courses / standards.
