The increase in human population resulted in increased demand for food production. Farmers can not meet the requirements due to irregular water supply. To meet demand, a new type of system is needed to regulate irrigation. Automatic irrigation is a form of irrigation system that incorporates the theory of digital control and the feedback system with irrigation. In this irrigation system, critical information (soil moisture, moisture, sunlight) is sent to a microcontroller that is provided by the sensors which is used by the microcontroller to program the watering by turning on or off a water pump that supplies water To farmland.

Explanation:
• The circuit is not so complicated. We use the basic concept in this circuit, that is, the floor has a high resistance when it is dry and has a very low resistance when it is wet.
• Using this concept will make the system work. We insert two probes into the soil in such a way that they are carried out when the soil is moist and are not carried out when the soil is dry. Therefore, when the probes do not conduct, the system will automatically detect this condition with the help of the HEX inverter which will become high when the input is low.
• The HEX inverter will activate the NE555 timer and this NE555 timer will activate another NE555 that is connected to the output of the first NE555. Now the second NE555 that is configured as an astable multivibrator will help turn on the electric valve and as a result will allow the water to flow to the floor.
• When the water wets the floor, the probes will re-drive and will make the 7404 output low, which will make the first NE555 low and also drive the remaining circuit to low. This will automatically turn off the valve.
