Generally, the theft of many vehicles is mainly done in large cities. Nowadays not only motorcycles, big vehicles such as cars, trucks and trucks are also theft by criminals. This is due to the lack of security provision for vehicles. The mechanical lock based on mechanical key is the main drawback in the current systems of the vehicle. If someone stole the key from the vehicle can easily start the engine of the vehicle.
To protect our vehicles from theft, the current mechanical key based security system must be replaced with biometric fingerprint based ignition lock system. The entire circuit of this project provides an anti-theft device for vehicles. The technology used in this device is based on biometrics and embedded systems.
Fingerprint based security system can be used in many places like Industries, Offices and Schools or even in our house. This project is an excellent combination of "Biometric Technology" and "Embedded Systems Technology". The fingerprint sensor is the main part of this system. Use the biometric sensor to detect fingerprints. Also called biometric sensor. Fingerprint sensor uses various types of techniques like ultrasonic method, optical method or thermal technique. In this project we have used optical fingerprint sensor. The main blocks of this project are Microcontroller, fingerprint module, buzzer, relay, keyboard, LCD screen and motor. The user has to place his finger on the part of the optical sensor of the fingerprint module. We have seen the security system based on password-based RFID security system. The main feature or specialty of the fingerprint is that it is unique. It gives this project high level security than other security systems. Recognition of people through the identification of fingerprints has been used for a long time. The most common example is use in criminal cases.
