E-Granthalaya is a library automation software developed by the Information Systems and Library Division of the NIC. The software has been designed taking into account the requirements of the special and government libraries. The software contains several modules such as Administration, Book Acquisition, Book Cataloging, Circulation, Serial Control, Indexing of Articles, Budget Controls, OPAC, etc. Implemented in: Shillong State Central Library and other Meghalaya District Libraries
