Each Bajaj Storage Water heating unit is made of
a. An outer body, an inner reservoir, a heating element
b. Safety devices such as safety valve, thermostat, thermal cut-out, fuse
c. Heat insulation to retain heat.
The water enters the inner tank through the inlet pipe at a normal working pressure of about 30 P.S.I. When the tank is full (this becomes clear when the water begins to flow through the outlet), close the outlet and turn on the power supply. The heating element heats the water at a set temperature. At this point, the thermostat automatically switches off the power supply of the unit indicated by the green lamp disconnection. Due to the design of the heater and displacement principle, cool cold water keeps entering through the inlet. When the temperature of the water inside the tank drops, the thermostat turns the heater's power supply back on. When this happens, the water begins to heat up again.
