IBM Daksh, also known as IBM Global Process Services, is a business process outsourcing (BPO) company formerly known as Daksh eServices. IBM integrated Daksh into its BPO services in 2010 and combined all of the Indian company's back office outsourcing capabilities into a single, renowned IBM Global Process Services entity. The new entity offers its services in functions driven by processes such as customer relationship management (CRM), administration, human resources, finance, supply chain management and procurement. IBM Daksh customers belong to vertical industries such as telecommunications, retail, airlines, banking, insurance, health and automotive and electronics.
