Mobile communication
Mobile communication in this case refers to the infrastructure set up to ensure that seamless and reliable communication continues. These would include devices such as protocols, services, bandwidth and portals needed to facilitate and support the services indicated. The data format is also defined at this stage. This ensures that there is no collision with other existing systems that offer the same service. Since the media are unguided / unlimited, the overlay infrastructure is basically radio-wave oriented. That is, signals are carried over the air to the intended devices that are capable of receiving and sending similar types of signals.
Mobile computing is the man-computer interaction by which a computer is expected to be transported during normal use, allowing data, voice and video transmission. Mobile computing includes mobile communication, mobile hardware and mobile software. Communication problems include ad hoc networks and infrastructure networks, as well as communication properties, protocols, data formats and specific technologies. The hardware includes mobile devices or device components. Mobile software addresses the features and requirements of mobile applications.
