base papers of border security using wireless sensor networks
#2
Integrated Wireless Network Sensors (WINS) provide new monitoring and control capabilities to monitor the country's borders. Using this concept, easily identify a stranger or some terrorists entering the border. The border area is divided into the number of nodes. Each node is in contact with each other and with the main node. The noise produced by the steps of the stranger is collected using the sensor.
This detected signal is then converted to power spectral density and compared to the reference value of our convenience. Therefore, the compared value is processed using a microprocessor, which sends appropriate signals to the main node. Thus, the unknown is identified on the main node. A series of interfaces, signal processing and communication systems have been implemented in micro-power CMOS circuits. A micro-power spectrum analyzer has been developed to allow low-power operation of the entire WINS system. Therefore WINS require a Micro watt of power. But it is much cheaper compared to other security systems like RADAR under use. It is even used for short distance communications less than 1 km. It produces less delay. Therefore, it is reasonably faster. Globally, WINS will allow the monitoring of land, water and air resources for environmental monitoring. At the national level, transport systems and borders will be monitored for efficiency, safety and security.

Integrated Wireless Network Sensors (WINS) combine sensors, signal processing, decision capability and wireless networking capability into a compact, low-power system. Compact geometry and low cost allow WINS to be embedded and distributed at a small fraction of the cost of conventional sensor and actuator systems. On a wide-area local scale, awareness of the battlefield situation will provide oversight of staff health and increase safety and efficiency. In addition, on a metropolitan scale, WINS will enable new traffic, security, emergency and disaster recovery services. On a local, enterprise scale, WINS will create a manufacturing information service for cost and quality control.

Opportunities for WINS depend on the development of a scalable, low-cost sensor network architecture. This requires that the sensor information be transported to the user at low bit rates with low power transceivers. Continuous processing of the sensor signal must be provided to allow for constant monitoring of events in an environment. Distributed signal processing and decision making can identify events in the remote sensor.

Thus, information in the form of decisions is transmitted in short message packages. Future applications of distributed embedded processors and sensors will require a large number of devices. In this paper we have focused on the most important application, Border Security.
