The client uses MS Excel, and maintains their records, however, it is not possible to share multiple system data in the multiuser environment, there is a lot of duplicate work, and the possibility of error. When records are changed they need to update each excel file. There is no option to search and print previously saved records. There is no security; Any body can access any report and sensitive data, there are also no summary report reports. This school management system is used to overcome all the problem they are currently facing, and to do the complete atomization of manual system to computerized system.
The main limitation of the previous system of School Management System:
• The existing system only provides a text-based interface, which is not as easy to use as the graphical user interface.
• Since the system is implemented in Manual, the response is very slow.
• Transactions are executed in offline mode, so online data capture and modification is not possible.
• Offline reports can not be generated due to batch mode execution.
