The National Qualification Examination for Heads of School (NQESH), also known as the Principal's Exam, serves as a mechanism for selecting school heads in the public education sector. The 2015 Core Test is based on the seven (7) domains of the National Competency-Based Standards for Heads of School (NCBSSH). 21stCentury Management Skills are already integrated in the 7 mentioned domains.
