so we must understand what's the applied company's role in the market and what the people inside the company is doing...(their responsibly and skills)
and similarly another thing is the testing of humanity (skill to organise,lead , cooperate).. i thing this may test while speaking with employer (confidence,trueness, ability to demonstrate..etc)
