hi ! what is the exact meaning of this statement:
AVOID ROUTING SIGNAL LINES IN THE CROSSHATCHED AREA (UPPER LEFT QUADRANT) OF THE PACKAGE UNLESS THERE IS A GROUND PLANE BETWEEN THE SIGNAL LINE AND THE DEVICE PACKAGE
