This book is not offered fr buying any more! Why?! The guy who has the copy right of this book is dead, so who sould cae about the copy right?! I read exact the same text of the guest beforeme about the copy right on other sites too! So many other books are free for download, whos owners are alive. This is an interesing book with old text which should be shared. Those who have it, please share. I am also looking to read it. Thanks
