abstract
The main goal of the project to have an online web library of Electronic Books “E-Books” that will show an online version of many books in a “.pdf & .doc” format organized in categories .
The site visitors will have the ability to view categories,browse books, search for a book, and download the E-book .The system will provide a dynamic statistics of how many books, and the number of visits of each category, it will provide also the total number of categories and books in the whole database .There will be an Admin area for the administrator to view/add/edit categories ,view/add/edit books ,view/add/edit advertisements. The login information of the administrator should be saved in the database and he/she can change it easily from the control panel. The control panel will be in a separated area from the visitor’s index page, i.e., “Books/control-panel/login.php” so that the administrator will have more privacy and security to manage the website.
