vega kit 523 3 stage fm transmitter

hi
i bought a vk 523 fm transmitter kit. problem one :the transistor c 2570 as mentioned in the circuit part list was substituted by c 3355, and the pinout does not coincide with pcb holes. please elaborate
problem 2 is there is no jumper wire provided for L 1 coil. what kind of wire should be used ? in the circuit second loop of coil is shown for tap.
finally after assy the 22 ohm resistor burnt out
lastly is the power supply 9v or 12 volt ?
