In the Visa Processing System that is present, it works manually and does not provide an effective visa processing system. As the process is manual, there are many records present, which decrease the accuracy of the information that will be stored and increase the cost of storing the details, while the time required to access the information also increased. To maintain these many records and access the information requires a large amount of labor that again increases the costs in the overall process.
