Debenture Certificates are issued under the common seal of the company. The certificate of debenture is a document that certifies that the holder is the creditor of the company to the limit of a quantity of obligations multiplied by the nominal value of each one of the obligations. For example: if the certificate indicates 100 debentures of Rs. 100 / - each, then the holder who holds the certificate is entitled to obtain Rs. 10.000 / - of the company at the time of the reimbursement of these obligations by the company. Therefore, with the help of this certificate the holder obtains the repayment of the principal sum on the fixed date and the payment of interest at the fixed rate.
Time of issuance of the certificate: The certificate will be issued to the holder within three months from the assignment of the obligations or obligations and within two months of the request to register the assignment of such debenture or obligations . The certificate shall be delivered in accordance with the procedure established in Article 53 of the Companies Act 1956.
