Abstract

The man developed many more application for its convenience and luxury. All things change with technology. Man-made machines are going to be automotive to make it more efficient & to save electric power. In city areas, street lights are powered by the administrations & are controlled by man-made apparatus operated automatically. This is very common that street lights are Off in the daytime or sometimes at night due to unavailability of duty men. So this system was developed which can automatically controls the switching system according to the light intensity in the sky i.e. on in the night and off in the daytime. In this project sensors are used in between the light poles when any sensor detects any person then it switch on the street light next to him and switch off the light behind him.
