Entrepreneurship plays an imperative role in the growth of any society. The development of the entrepreneurial culture and the qualitative services of business development are the main requirements for industrial growth. Entrepreneurship emerges from the creative spirit of an individual in long-term business ownership, job creation, capital formation and economic security. Entrepreneurial skills are essential for industrialization and for alleviating mass unemployment and poverty. As technology accelerates lives, women are an emerging economic force, which can not be neglected by politicians. The modern democratic economy of the world depends on the participation of both sexes. Irene Natividad has observed that "world markets and women are not often used in the same phrase, but increasingly, statistics show that women have economic power visibly as businesswomen and more powerfully as consumers." Today, women in advanced market economies own more than 25 percent of all businesses and women-owned enterprises in Africa, Asia, Eastern Europe and Latin America are growing rapidly. In some regions of the world, the transformation to the market economy, women entrepreneurs is a growing trend. In India, however, women's real participation in income-generating activities is quite unsatisfactory, only 8 per cent of small-scale production units are owned and operated by women.
