A wireless network is a computer network that uses wireless data connections between network nodes. Another example, Intercontinental network systems, use radio satellites to communicate around the world. Emergency services like the police use wireless networks to communicate effectively as well. Individuals and businesses use wireless networks to send and share data quickly, whether in a small office building or around the world.
