Lpc is a family of 32 bit Microcontroller ICs by NXP Semiconductors ....
Features of LPC2148
8 to 40 kB of static RAM on the chip and 32 to 512 kB of flash memory on the chip. The 128-bit wide interface / accelerator allows high-speed operation of 60 MHz.
• In-System / In-Application (ISP / IAP) programming through an on-chip boot loader software. A flash sector or complete chip erasure in 400 ms and programming of 256 bytes in 1ms.
• EmbeddedICE RT and Embedded Trace interfaces offer real-time debugging with RealMonitor chip software and high-speed tracking of instruction execution.
• Full Speed USB 2.0 device driver compatible with 2 kB of ram end page. In addition, the LPC2146 / 8 provides 8 kB of on-chip RAM accessible to USB per DMA.
• One or two 10-bit A / D converters (LPC2141 / 2 vs. LPC2144 / 6/8) provide a total of 6/14 analog inputs, with conversion times as low as 2.44 usps per channel.
• A single 10-bit D / A converter provides variable analog output.
• Two 32-bit timers / external event counters (with four sensors and four comparators each), PWM unit (six outputs) and monitoring.
• Low power real time clock with independent power and dedicated 32 kHz clock input.
• Multiple serial interfaces including two UART (16C550), two Fast I2C-bus (400 kbit / s), SPI and SSP with buffer and intermediate data length capabilities.
• Vectorized interrupt controller with configurable priorities and vector addresses.
• Up to 45 5V tolerant general purpose I / O plugs in a small LQFP64 package.
• Up to nine edge or level sensitive external interrupt bits available.
• The integrated chip oscillator operates with an external crystal in the range of 1 MHz to 30 MHz and with an external oscillator up to 50 MHz.
• Power saving modes include Off and Off.
• Individual activation / deactivation of peripheral functions, as well as peripheral clock scaling for additional power optimization.
• Processor alarm from disconnect mode via external interrupt, USB, Brown-OutDetect (BOD) or Real-time Clock (RTC).
• Single power supply chip with Power-On Reset (POR) and BOD circuits:
