Joyce Bevel Gear® cats, available in static capacities of 7.5 to 100 tons, offer greater efficiency and greater speed than other mechanical jacks. As an added advantage, bevel gear gears also act as miter boxes, making them an ideal choice for multi-jack systems. Up to three output shafts can be specified for mounting motors, limit switches, reading devices and other accessories. Tapered screws with single-headed screws (S-Series) provide the benefits of a self-locking screw and conical bevel gear screws with double-headed screws (D-Series) provide even greater speed.
