The Internet has become one of the basic services for everyday life. Every human being has extensive access to knowledge and information through the Internet. However, blind people face difficulties in accessing these text materials, also in the use of any service provided over the Internet. Advancement in accessible computer-based systems has opened many avenues for the visually impaired across the globe in a wide way. The audio-based virtual feedback like, screen readers have helped blind people access internet applications immensely. We describe the architecture of the voicemail system that can be used by a blind person to access emails easily and efficiently. The contribution of this research has enabled the blind to send and receive voice-based email messages in their native language with the help of a computer.
