Web form design:
Web forms are based on Asp working with web form is similar to working with window forms but the difference is that we create web pages with web forms that will be accessible by a web browser. Web forms are web pages that server as the user interface for a web application
A web forms page presents information to the user in any browser or client device and implements application logic using server side code .The class hierarchy for the page class is shown below:

Login form to enter in system
In the login form user enter the user id and password and move towards to home page of insurance claim management system.

In the home page we can move towards the any form by click on page link which is available on left side of home page. we can move to employee info form claim entry form ,user form claim solved form, pending claims form. On click on logout link, page post back to login page.
EMPLOYEE ENTRY FORM
In the employee entry form user have permission to register the employees. In this form user register the all employees who are working in company. In this form on the bases of
employee id user can update the employee information. For removing any employee information we use delete operation. It set active state of employee to 0.

USER ENTRY FORM
In the user entry form user enter the user information which has permission to access to system. In this only those user information can register who are register in employee entry form. User can edit or delete any user information and also his/her self. User can also enter validity date information means user have permission to access system till his validity date. After validity date user have no permission to access the system.
