The field of TEL therefore applies to the support of any learning activity through technology.In the state of Karnataka, e-learning division of Visveswaraya Technological University has been spear heading the cause of e-learning in a big way.The VTU e-learning Centre is gaining momentum in the country. It is going to open up many opportunities both for the students and working professionals to enrich their knowledge horizon at anytime, anywhere.
