In today's world communication has become so easy because of the integration of communication technologies with the Internet. However, people with visual problems find it very difficult to use this technology due to the fact that their use requires a visual perception. Although many new developments have been implemented to help them use computers efficiently no naive user who is visually challenged can use this technology as efficiently as a normal naïve user can do that is different from normal users who require some practice To use available technologies. This document aims to develop an e-mail system that will even help a naive visually impaired person to use communication services without prior training. The system will not allow the user to use the keyboard instead will work only in the operation of the mouse and voice conversion into text. Also this system can be used by any normal person also for example the one that is not able to read.
Internet is considered as an important information store in the world today. You can not do any work without his help. It has even become one of the de facto methods used in communication. And all of the available email methods is one of the most common forms of communication, especially in the business world. However, not all people can use the Internet. This is because in order to access the internet you need to know what is written on the screen. If that is not visible, it does not help. This makes the Internet a completely useless technology for the visually impaired and illiterate. Even the systems that are currently available as the TTS and ASR screen readers do not provide maximum efficiency for blind people to use the Internet. As around 285 million people around the world are estimated to be visually impaired it becomes necessary to make Internet facilities for usable communication for them as well. So, we have come to this project where we are going to develop an email based voice system that will help visually impaired people who are naive to computer systems to use email facilities in a free way from problems. Users of this system would not have to have any basic information about keyboard shortcuts or where keys are located. All functions are based on simple operations of mouse click, which facilitates the use of this system by any type of user.
