INTRODUCTION
1.1 About the Project
The Project entitled “Assert Management System” is window based application for maintenance of process on the college laboratory systems. In the college various labs are maintained and each lab has more systems. The Hardware and software details are maintained of each system. If any lab is added, the information of the systems is added with the previous working labs. The hardware components are maintained in each lab. The staff details of each lab who are conducting the lab session are too maintained. If there is any problem in the system, it is notified to the admin through a message which problem is. The admin views the message and rectifies.
With the advent of ever evolving technology, it becomes necessary to manage IT information efficiently, and managing it the right way cuts down maintenance costs. A
variety of IT-maintenance software products exist in the market which can be used to manage IT equipment efficiently. But often these IT-maintenance software products do not always fulfill all the IT requirements of an organization. For example, most of the IT-maintenance software products available in the market manage hardware and software assets quite well but fail to capture non-pc data such as telephone system and office material and also lack the ability to support heterogeneous networking in MAC environment. In such cases, developing a good interface to a database where IT information are stored often helps to provide good overviews, good updates and low maintenance costs. This paper is just about such a system that the author worked on. The system is called the Asset and Maintenance Management System (AMMS).
Now a days all the Customers are wish to buy a product through Internet. Because Today’s fast life so they have no time to search a good and perfect product at the shop. So that the Business peoples are interested to in introduce their product through Internet. The Customer visit their site and view their product and order it through NET after that, the sales person have directly gave the product on door delivery and they had to pay their Bill.
THE PROJECT MODULE FOLLOWING THEY ARE:
1. Lab maintenance
2. Staff Details
3. Problem Notification
4. Solution
5. Report

SYSTEM STUDY
2.1 Existing System

In existing system of notepad, to edit the text and other programs in the same program, the user has to type in the notepad and search the appropriate lines in the specific files to edit the written text. If the user practices on and on, the duration of working process in the program is high.
2.2 Disadvantages of existing system
 Existing system requires much more time to spend on a particular document
 More complexity
 Each and every work is difficult
 All works are manual
2.3 Proposed system
In the proposed system, the manual processes have been automated. This enables the user to monitor the systems easily. By means of this program, time consumption is reduced. There is no manual and physical strain for the student in any way they learning.
2.4 Problem definition and description
In existing system edit the text in the notepad and run it in the another command prompt the user has to type in the notepads and user must run the appropriate written text in the notepad. If the user practices on and how the path have to be set in the command prompt they can run easily.
This sort of function may cause the user to get confused when the user is working in the command prompt. It may lead to give the tempered mind to the user while searching the document, so that the meaning and the conveyance are not clear to the user. In that case, the user gets mental strain and physical strain to set the path.

3.3 Data Flow Diagram
The existing system is compared with the proposed system by considering Economic, Technical and Behavioral aspects.
Economic Feasibility
Economic analysis is the most frequently used method for evaluating the effectiveness of a candidate system. More commonly known as cost/ benefit analysis, the procedure is to determine the benefits and savings that are expected from a candidate system and compare them with costs. If benefits out weight cost, then the decision is made to design and implement the system. Otherwise further justification or alterations in the proposed system will have to be made if it is to have a chance of being approved. This is an ongoing effort that improves in accuracy at each phase of the system life cycle. Based on the above considerations, the proposed system was found to be economically feasible.
Technical Feasibility
Technical feasibility centers on the existing computer system (hardware, software, etc) and to what to extent it can support the proposed addition. For example, if the current computer is operating at 80 percent capacity-an arbitrary ceiling-then running another application could overload the system and require additional hardware. This involves financial considerations, to accommodate technical enhancements. If the budget is a serious constraint, then the project is judged not feasible. Based on the above considerations, the proposed system was found to be economically feasible.
Behavioral Feasibility
People are inherently resistant to change and computers have been known to facilitate change. An estimate should be made of how strong a reaction the user staff is likely to have toward the development of a computerized system. It is common Knowledge that computer installations have something to do with turnover, transfers, retrain and changes in employee job status. Based on the above considerations, the proposed system was found to be economically feasible.
