The Main Processes involved in this application are:

Registering new Contractor Details (Principal employee).

Generating the Registration Certificate to Principal Employer.

Registering new sub-contractor details under Principal employer.

Generating the License Certificate to the sub-contractor.

Generating the renewal License Certificate for the sub-contactor.

Generating the all Principal Employers reports and saving in to excel sheet.

Generating List of Sub-contractors reports and saving in to excel sheet.

Generating all principal employers wise expired Sub-contractor details.

Generating the all Sub-Contractor details reports and saving in to excel sheet.

CURRENT SYSTEM

This project is associated to maintain Principal Employer details (Contractor), Work Order details (Sub-Contractor), their work details and work order details these details are going to be maintained in manual process to do All these tasks it will take lot of time. Thus the existing system not supporting multi-user support.

Drawbacks of the system:

Ø The present system is an undeveloped form and the manual process of the overall system is too clumsy and complicated.

Ø The management getting lot of problems to know their contractor details, sub-contractor details and expired sub-contractor details.

Ø It is very difficult to intimate the sub-contractors who are expired.

Ø It is very difficult to getting the reports like how many sub-contractors under the principal employer.

PROPOSED SYSTEM

Product Function Overview:
This product interacts with mainly Principal Employer, Sub-contractor. The administrator maintains these all.

The automated system with distributed architecture can support issues like

Ø The system makes the overall project management much easier and flexible.

Ø It is very easy to find out all licenses expired details. So they can easily intimate those sub-contractors whose licenses are expired.

Ø It is very easy to maintain all the record lists and also they can get the any type of report immediately as per the requirement.

The system should accept the following as input from Administration of organization for successful login.

§ To issue Work Order License.

§ To Update Work Order License details.

§ To view all the details of Principal Employer and Work Order License

The administrator has to register the details of new Registration Certificates, Work Order Licenses. And maintain all the master details about the Principal Employers and Sub-Contractors and their contract work details.

Labour profile management system
The project titled ËœLABOR PROFILE MANAGEMENT SYSTEMâ„¢ aims at collecting information about the civil workers. The main objective of this project work is to retain information of all the labors of the company, to record attendance of the workers on daily basis and to calculate the salary on weekly basis. This system is created to monitor all the workers in time and out time and total shift they worked.
This project has three modules like Labor, Attendance and Salary. In Labor module, the end-user login using username and password provided. The complete details of the workers are entered and maintained in the database. This module provides information about the worker name, the person who refers the worker, experience in construction work, salary grade. Permanent / temporary workers are identified. Personal information of the worker like address, contact number, status, weight, height and family details are also gathered and maintained along with the photographs of the workers. Finally, it is possible to view all/individual details of the workers through view option.
In attendance module, the daily attendance of the labor is entered. The relevant time in and time out will be stored in the database. The total shift is entered and the salary is calculated daily and stored. Also, any extra shift done by the worker will be updated simultaneously in the previous record. The building for which the labor work is also maintained. Finally, in the third module, the salary of each labor is calculated based on the attendance details and the number of shifts worked. The salary is provided in a weekly basis from Thursday to Thursday and the reports are generated.
